The shipping fee and delivery stages below are the values the code actually applies. Return conditions are not settled yet, so they are left blank.

Free shipping nationwide.
The current value is a starting point, not a settled policy. It will be updated once the real policy is decided.
Delivery stages
The stages shown on the order lookup page.

| Not shipped | Paid, not yet being prepared. |
| Preparing | Being packed and prepared for dispatch. |
| Shipped | Handed to the carrier. The tracking number becomes available here. |
| Delivered | Delivered. |
| Returned | Returned. |
Track your order
Look it up with your order number and the phone number you entered at checkout. Once shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear too.
What is still blank
These need a business policy and a legal judgement, so we left them empty.
- The window and procedure for changing your mind
- Who pays return and exchange shipping
- The address to send returns to
- When returns are not accepted (opened, used, damaged)
- What happens with a defective or wrong item
- Refund method and how long it takes
- Dispatch time, and how delays are communicated
For cosmetics, the right to change your mind can be limited once a product is opened — not something to write without checking. Once settled, put it under legal.shipping in src/i18n/{lang}.json.
